Judgment is scheduled for Friday in the trial of a Sarnia woman charged in a tragic crosswalk collision nearly three years ago. 82-year-old Hilda Minnis is charged with dangerous driving in the January 7, 2013 death of 10-year-old Jillian Keck. The girl was struck crossing Murphy Rd at Cathcart Blvd on her way to Cathcart School after lunch. Final submissions in the seven day trial concluded Wednesday and Superior Court Justice Joseph Donohue said he will hand down his decision Friday.
