Lambton OPP have charged one of the transport truck drivers involved in Tuesday's crash on the westbound Highway 402 near Modeland Rd.
Constable Chris Doupe says it appears as though one of the transport trailers was stopped on the north side of the westbound highway.
He says the driver began to reverse to cross into the off-ramp for Highway 40 southbound, when it collided with another westbound transport truck.

55-year-old Errol Bovell of Mississauga is charged with reversing on a divided highway.
The Modeland Rd. off-ramp on the westbound 402 was closed for over 28 hours to allow for clean-up of diesel fuel and a load of car parts from one of the trucks that scattered across the road.
