Delisting Of Heritage Home Appealed

An appeal of the delisting of a heritage home on Brock St. S. in Sarnia has been filed with the Conservation Review Board.

Bryan Trothen says Sarnia council did not consider all factors when making its decision regarding 166 Brock.

The home has been vacant for the last decade and the owner says he can't afford the estimated $50,000 in repairs that are needed.

Vision Nursing Home has shown interest in buying and demolishing the home.
