Bluewater Power is busy working on upgrades to its 100-year-old Henry T. Ross Substation. The building, at the corner of Maxwell St. and Water St. in Sarnia, has been an operational depot for many years and was once a main part of the distribution network. Utility President and CEO Janice McMichael-Dennis says most of the $450,000 upgrades are cosmetic, and include lighting and landscaping.
