During the six week Festive RIDE Campaign, Lambton OPP issued a total of 15 drinking and driving related charges. That's only down slightly compared the 2013/2014 campaign when officers laid 20 charges. Over the holiday season across Ontario, OPP says 573 charges of impaired driving were issued. Lambton OPP Constable Travis Parsons says motorists are not getting the message and continue to drive while impaired. That's down from 107 the previous year.
