Lambton's Creative County Fund is now open to applications for 2016.
It's geared toward helping expand cultural, heritage, and arts initiatives.
Warden Bev MacDougall says organizers can apply for up to 50 per cent of their project cost. She says a total of $75,000 is available.
"What we're really looking for is grassroots festivals, projects, and events that are focused around culture and getting the community out enjoying Lambton County," she says.
MacDougall says it's their only funding intake of 2016 and applications are being accepted until 4pm on February 25.
