The Attack were quick to take a 1-0 lead in the first period, but Sarnia was able to tie things up with a goal before the second. The Sting scored another two unanswered goals in the second and and capped of their win with a final goal in the third.
Anthony Salinitri, Kevin Spinozzi, Jakob Chychrun and Travis Konecny all scored once for Sarnia.
The Sting return to the ice on Sunday to face the Guelph Storm at 7:05pm.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
