Pair Face Charges In Watford Drug Bust

Lambton OPP have arrested two Watford residents on drug related charges following an investigation by the Street Crime Unit.

A search warrant was executed in the 5000 block of Nauvoo Rd. around 4pm Wednesday.

Police allegedly seized 16 Fentanyl patches, 77 partial Fentanyl patches, 15 grams of cocaine, five Buprenorphine patches and $1,650 in Canadian currency.

The total value of the drugs is estimated at $5,500.

49-year-old Nancy Anne Vincent, and 53-year-old Daniel Douglas Smith of Watford are charged with two counts each of possession for the purpose of trafficking, and three counts each of possession of a schedule one substance.

Both will appear in Sarnia court Monday July, 27.
