Ontario Lottery and Gaming says Jean Hill won $1-million in the August 5 Lotto Max Maxmillions draw.
The winning ticket was purchased at Metro on Exmouth St. in Sarnia.
There have been several major lottery winners in Sarnia-Lambton dating back to September of 2015.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
