Thousands Expected In Brigden For The Annual Fall Fair

The final fall fair of the season is on this long holiday weekend. It's the 166th annual Brigden Fall Fair.

The midway opens at 10am daily, there's magic shows for the kids, the West Coast Lumberjack Show is in town for the fair and plenty of baking to be enjoyed.

Spokesperson Dennis Robinson says one of this years highlights is the Express Clydesdales visiting from Yukon, Oklahoma.

"We are honoured to host them, they're black Clydesdale which is somewhat of a rarity," says Robinson. "Again, honoured to have them come to beautiful downtown Brigden and spend Thanksgiving weekend with us."

Admission is $10, elementary students are free.

The fair continues through Thanksgiving Monday. Click here for a full schedule of events.
