Sarnia's first baby of 2017 arrived at 12:16pm New Year's Day at Bluewater Health. Elizabeth Dafoe of Sarnia gave birth to a 6 lb 14 oz baby girl named Jasmine Noel Marie. Both mother and child are doing well.
