Local celebs will be dancing to raise money for the Alzheimer Society of Sarnia-Lambton.
Its hoped the second annual "Dancing With the Stars" gala Saturday night will raise $30,000.
Event organizer Eve Morgan says the money stays in the community.
"It does stay right here in Sarnia-Lambton and it goes to programs and services that help alzheimer and related dementia patients basically continue on with their lives and manage day to day," says Morgan. "They also help their families and caregivers, help them manage as well."
One of the local celebs participating is Blackburn Radio's Matt Sampaio with pro partner Nancy Michieli.
Tickets for the event Saturday night at the Dante Club are $65.
