NOVA Chemicals is advising of a planned shutdown of its Olefins Unit at the Corunna site for mechanical repairs beginning Saturday.
The company says the outage is expected to last 15 to 20 days. During the first couple days of the outage, elevated flaring and some increased noise are expected.
NOVA doesn't anticipate any disruption to traffic on surrounding roadways.
