Police say there was a rash of thefts from vehicles in the Petrolia area June 19 and 20.
Items taken included tools, electronics, cash and credit cards.
The OPP say a man used one of the stolen credit cards and was recorded on video surveillance.
Anyone with information about their identity is asked to contact OPP or Crime Stoppers.
