Sarnia police say Emily "Emett" Stell, 16, was located Tuesday morning and is healthy and safe.
Police issued an alert early Monday afternoon expressing concern about her whereabouts and well-being.
The public is being thanked for its assistance.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
