Environment Canada has ended all severe thunderstorm watches and warnings for Sarnia-Lambton.
The weather agency issued a thunderstorm warning early Thursday afternoon, as a warm and humid unstable air mass remains parked over southern Ontario. The warning was lifted at 4:40pm, and the watch taken down around 6pm.
The weather agency said torrential downpours were a possibility, with up to 50 mm of rain per hour in some areas. Strong winds and hail were also possible.
