A 78-year-old Sarnia man has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place following a complaint from a citizen in Point Edward.
The OPP say the act was committed at the Waterfront Park and a suspect was arrested Saturday.
Police say the name of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victims.
He is scheduled to appear in Sarnia Court on October 2.
