Man Breaks Into Home Looking For Drugs

Police are looking for a suspect after a home invasion in the Town of Alvinston.

The Ontario Provincial Police say on Sunday around 4am, a man broke into a home on Railroad Line and confronted a resident while holding a knife.  The man demanded narcotics, but was unsuccessful in getting any before he took off heading east on an older model ten-speed bicycle with curved handlebars.

No one was injured during the incident.

The man is described as being 5'10" tall, with a slim build.  He was last seen wearing blue or black pants and a light blue short sleeved button down shirt.
