Time to start planning your gardens.
The City of Sarnia faces some stiff competition in this year's Communities in Bloom competition.
Committee Chair Anne Marie Gillis says we're competing in the "Classic Champions" large category.
"This year our competition is going to be the City of Coquitlam British Columbia, the City of Edmonton, ourselves and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo in Alberta," says Gillis.
She says the communities are much larger than Sarnia.
The judges are scheduled to arrive August 1 and leave August 4.
