The Sarnia Police Services' 13th annual Shred Event - May 26/18 (Photo Courtesy of Sarnia Police)Sarnia police say 11,400 lbs of documents were disposed of during the 13th annual shred event on Saturday.
Police say 625 people took advantage of the service to help protect their identities and prevent fraud.
In addition, $1797.55 in donations was raised for the Torch Run for Special Olympics.
The Sarnia Police Service is thanking everyone who attended this year’s shred event and a big thank you to everyone who made a charitable donation.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
