Sarnia Transit is offering free bus service on Sunday.
Superintendent Andrew Savor says there will be service from 8:30am until 11:30pm.
"All of our passenger buses are free during Canada Day," says Savor. "Normally they charge $1 but we had a sponsor this year, Ackwood Auto Parts, who is covering part of the fares."
Special Canada Day routes include Route 5 Rosedale, and Route 7 Cathcart, and there is a special shuttle between the downtown and Canatara Park generally between 9:45am and 5:30pm.
The car-a-van service will also be available.
