52-year-old William Edward Walsh was located safe and sound over the noon hour.
Police had asked for help to find him after he wandered away from his home on Massey Cr. in Sarnia at around 7:30am.
Walsh has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and there was concern for his well-being.
Sarnia police have thanked the public for their help in the search.

The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
