A 30-year-old St. Clair Township man faces charges including possession of a prohibited weapon after a vehicle hit the ditch Saturday afternoon.
Lambton OPP say at around 6pm, they received a complaint about an erratic driver on Brigden Rd.
Jerry Lee Glysinski is charged with impaired driving, two counts of failing to comply with a court ordered condition, two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon, and one count of possessing a weapon while prohibited by court order.
He was being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
