A brand new 7,000 square foot commercial building on Exmouth Street is already half occupied.
Rob Longo said he and Steve Park have opened a new residential and commercial affiliate of Coldwell Banker.
"We've just completed our building at 780 Exmouth St. and Coldwell Banker Southwest Reality is open and occupying half of the west side of the building. We're looking for tenants for the other half," said Longo.
"This is the first time Coldwell Banker has been in Sarnia in years. Some people may remember there was an office here several decades ago, but this is the most recent appearance of the brand. Coldwell Banker is one of the oldest real estate companies in the world, started in 1906, and is highly respected worldwide. Steve Park and I thought it was a really good opportunity now with the local market to bring it to Sarnia."
Longo said Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty already has eight realtors on staff and hopes to hire more in the future.
