Motorists are being told to expect significant traffic delays at the Lakeshore Road/Murphy Road intersection this Friday.
Lambton County Construction Supervisor Glen Hamill said there'll be intermittent closures of the intersection to allow for the completion of paving work on Lakeshore.
Motorists are advised to avoid the intersection.
He says the project also includes the paving of Lakeshore Road east of the intersection to Mater Drive, which is expected to conclude next week, weather permitting.
All businesses will be open and accessible.
