The Sarnia Sting will be wearing ugly Christmas sweater jerseys on Friday when they host the Erie Otters at Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
The OHL club has partnered with K106.3 for the fourth annual charity event.
Sarnia Sting spokesman Jake Bourrie said some of them will be auctioned off live on-ice after the final horn in support of the Inn of the Good Shepherd.
He said they've raised about $15,000 over the past few years.
"We've had some great support from Sting fans recently, and it's just grown over the years," said Bourrie. "We're really excited to continue it this year. We encourage all of the fans to dress up for the occasion with the ugliest Christmas sweater they have and we're accepting non-perishable food items at the door for the Inn of the Good Shepherd."
Bourrie said the rest of the jerseys will be up for auction online at www.sarniasting.com following the game.
The sweaters won't be unveiled until Friday night's contest.
You can hear the game live on CHOK, and it will be simulcast on K106.3.
