Warwick Fire and Rescue and Lambton OPP responded to a structure fire at a commercial business in the 7000 block of London Line on Tuesday afternoon.
Fire crews were able to quickly contain the blaze but remained on scene for much of the afternoon battling hot spots.
Fire officials said fire damage to the garage area is extensive but the adjoining building was saved.
No injuries have been reported.
London Line was closed from Forest Road to Warwick Village Road but re-opened to traffic around 4 p.m. and fire crews had cleared the scene by 6 p.m.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
