The City of Sarnia is gathering input on more bike lanes in the city.
They're proposed for Michigan Avenue from Christina Street to Colborne Road as part of an upcoming road reconstruction project.
Manager of Development and Transportation David Jackson said they're holding a drop-in style meeting on Tuesday.
"They can come at any time and we'll have a number of boards up presenting the proposal and then a feedback sheet," said Jackson. "We have a few different options for the section, so they can vote on which option they like best and just provide some general feedback on the overall proposal."
Jackson said options include keeping some street parking or providing a turn lane on that section of road.
He said the bike lanes on Colborne Road have been well received after being installed last year.
The meeting is being held Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at King George VI Public School.
Residents can still provide comments until Thursday. More information can be found at www.smartsarnia.com.
Feedback will be included in a report to Sarnia council on February 11.
