(Submitted photo.)A new water bottle filling station has been installed at East Lambton Elementary School in Watford thanks to a partnership between the Ontario Egg Farmers and the school's parent council.
Local egg farmer Robyn Van Kessel said the association contributed half of its $3,000 cost.
"Each year we try to do things that will assist communities and have a lasting impact," said Van Kessel.
The filling station is used by students daily and by community groups who use the school gym after hours.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
