Matthew Gerard Theriault, 30, made his fifth straight court appearance by video Thursday morning and was remanded again in custody for one week.
He is scheduled to appear again May 30 on a charge of second-degree murder, in connection with the death of 26-year-old Jesse Mowat-Caudle.
Mowat-Caudle died in London hospital after a violent altercation between two men on Maxwell Street near St. Vincent Street on April 17.
