Water sampling at area beaches begins Monday.
Lambton Public Health regularly tests the water quality at Grand Bend, Pinery, Ipperwash, Highland Glen, Bright's Grove and Canatara Park.
Public Health Inspector Theresa Warren said the daily results help beach-goers decide whether or not to go for a swim that day.
"We do sampling of the beaches and especially the enhancements that we've done to the beach water quality program is to ensure the public gets accurate beach water results quickly," said Warren. "They will get the results daily and it will help them make an informed decision on whether they want to swim at the beach."
Reports are available online at Lambton Public Health or you can text the word Beach to 226-909-3003.
Beach water testing will continue until the end of August.
Lambton Public Health doesn't conduct sampling along the St. Clair River.
