Disclosure delivered in Sarnia murder case

After seven weeks of adjournments, the court heard Thursday that disclosure is complete in Sarnia's first murder case in three years.

Matthew Gerard Theriault, 30, made another brief video appearance in Sarnia court Thursday morning.

He was remanded in custody until June 13 to review disclosure and allow him time to instruct his counsel, Sarnia lawyer David Stoesser.

Theriault is charged with second degree murder in the death of 26-year-old Jesse Mowat-Caudle.

He died in London hospital after a violent altercation between two men on Maxwell Street near St. Vincent Street on April 17.
