Severe thunderstorm warnings have ended for parts of Lambton County and London-Middlesex.
Environment Canada issued the warnings Thursday evening as meteorologists tracked a nearly stationary line of thunderstorms that developed over the region from Inwood to Warwick and moved east.
The storms were expected to bring in excess of 50 millimetres of rain in some areas.
Take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Lightning kills and injures Canadians every year.
