About 1400 cyclists are expected to take part in the two-day, 150-kilometre ride along quiet rural paved roads.
They'll leave from the Grand Bend Motorplex at around 7 a.m. Saturday, July 26 to London's Western University, returning on Sunday.
Money raised will go towards multiple sclerosis research.
So far, the online campaign has collected nearly $1.3 million towards the $1.4 million goal.
