A woman and two men are facing drug charges after provincial police raided a residence and a vehicle in Sarnia.
The Ontario Provincial Police Said on Thursday, officers with the Community Street Crimes Unit and West Region Canine Unit executed a search warrant at the home on Maxwell Street and a vehicle that was parked on Wellington Street.
The search led to a large seizure of narcotics, currency, weapons and property, police said, but further details about what officers found has not been released.
As a result, Kyle Shoemaker, 18, of Sarnia is charged with three counts of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of opioids, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, and careless storage of firearm.
Crystal Vanoverbeke, 35, of Sarnia is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Christopher Louks, 19, of Sarnia, is also charged with possession of cocaine.
Shoemaker was held in custody pending a bail hearing on Friday, while the other two suspects were released with a future court date.
