Russell Daughtrey won the cash prize with ENCORE in the August 31 ONTARIO 49 draw. He matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order to win the $100,000 prize.
The winning ticket was purchased at Mac’s on Confederation Street in Sarnia.
