Video surveillance shows a man trying to enter a locked van in a driveway around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. He was wearing a white shirt, track pants and a backwards hat and appears to have a ponytail.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
