The Inn of the Good Shepherd is looking for Secret Santa's.
Operations Manager Adelle Richards said their Adopt-a-Family program pairs local businesses, churches, service clubs and individuals with families in need.
She said it's 100 per cent anonymous.
"They contact the Inn of the Good Shepherd, a sponsor says 'I'd like to adopt a family,' we find a match family waiting, and we send the sponsor the wishes of the children -- three or four of the presents they might like to see under the tree. The sponsor goes shopping and then we send the gifts to the family."

Richards said over 300 families have applied for assistance in 2019, an increase of about 50 families from last year.
Those interested in sponsoring a family should contact the Inn at adoptafamily@theinnsarnia.ca.
Donations for the Inn's food bank continues all weekend at the Sarnia Home Depot at 1350 Quinn Dr. Donations of non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the Quinn Drive store through Sunday.
The food bank goes through nearly 50,000 pounds a month, feeding about 980 families.
