A Waterloo man has been charged in a fatal crash on Highway 402 in Sarnia that occurred in November of last year.
Lambton OPP said Wednesday that Mile Mihajlovic, 47, faces a Highway Traffic Act charge of careless driving causing death.
Three tractor trailers and a commercial van were involved in a chain-reaction crash at around 3:25 p.m. November 20 in the westbound lanes, at Christina Street North.
The driver of the van, Mykhaylo Boychuk of Hamlin, New York was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mihajlovic is to appear in Provincial Offences Court in Sarnia March 12.
