Lambton OPP have laid a charge in a crash involving a pick-up truck and a Sarnia police cruiser on December 6, 2019.
It happened at the intersection of Highway 40 and Indian Road at around 5:30 p.m.
Police said a 39-year-old from Enniskillen Township is charged with failing to yield to traffic under the Highway Traffic Act.

Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
