The London Knights defeated the Sarnia Sting 4-1 at Budweiser Gardens Friday night.
Liam Foudy opened the scoring for London midway through the first period.
Sarnia captain Ryan McGregor (27) tied the game at 7:25 of the second period with assists going to Brayden Guy and Sean Josling.
That was followed by goals from the Knights' Connor McMichael and Alec Regula.
McMichael notched his second goal of the game and 45th of the season eleven minutes into the final period to close out the scoring.
Benjamin Gaudreau stopped 45 of 49 shots for Sarnia while Brett Bochu stopped 20 shots for London.
Gaudreu said it's always exciting to play the 402-rival Knights.
"Anytime you're playing London you can definitely feel the rivalry going on so all the boys are rallied up for those kind of games. Right off the hop the guys are giving each other shots with some words in between and everyone's moving their feet."
The Sting host the Guelph Storm Sunday afternoon at 4:05 p.m.
The team's coming off a 4-3 home ice win over the Soo Greyhounds, their first win in Sarnia since December 14th, a stretch of 13 games.
Gaudreau said he'd like to see that kind of outcome against the Storm.
"Finally for the fans we had a win at home so Sunday we hope we can repeat that. We've had a few good games in a row now so it's just about finding a way to do it."
The pregame show starts at 3:35 p.m. on 103.9 FM - 1070 AM CHOK.
