A 34-year-old Sarnia man was arrested after allegedly smashing someone's taillight in a road rage incident north of Goderich on August 19.
Huron OPP were called to Champlain Boulevard at around 4:20 p.m.
After the accused was cautioned about his driving, he allegedly verbally threatened the victim, grabbed a pipe from his vehicle, and broke the victim's taillight.
The suspect has been charged with assault with a weapon and mischief.
He was released from custody and will appear in court on October 26, 2020.
