At least five cruisers responded to an alarm call at around 5:52 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Staff Sgt. Mike Van Sickle said the glass door on the west side of the building was smashed.
He said it's unclear if anything was stolen, and said the suspect fled before police arrived.
The investigation is ongoing.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
