Frontline hospital workers recognized in Petrolia snow sculpture contest

A Bluewater Health nurse made entirely out of snow highlighted this year's Snow Sculpture Contest in Petrolia.

The theme of the 2021 event, “Build Your Superhero," inspired young Kinsley Blanchette to recognize CEE hospital frontline workers.

Other winning entries included Iron Man, Captain America and The Hulk.

Each winner gets a $50 gift certificate to a Petrolia business of their choice, courtesy of the Petrolia Optimist Club.

Last year's event was cancelled due to unsuitable weather.
