Environment Canada said the potential for severe thunderstorms in Sarnia-Lambton throughout Tuesday has been lifted.
A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for Sarnia, Petrolia, and western Lambton County just before 3 p.m., and for Lambton Shores at around 3:20 p.m.
The warning was taken down at around 4:30 p.m., and downgraded to a watch.
The storms were expected to arrive late Tuesday afternoon before weakening late in the evening and overnight.
All watches and warnings have since been lifted.
