Sarnia police say they seized drugs, cash, and various weapons from two suspects as part of an ongoing trafficking investigation.
Officers stopped a suspect vehicle at around 4:40 p.m. on June 30, and allegedly found cocaine and currency.
A search of homes in the 200 block of Borden Street, and in the 1300 block of Colborne Road, allegedly turned up more cocaine, money, drug paraphernalia, a baton, CO2 pellet guns, and non-functioning conductive energy weapons.
In total, officers seized 138.22 grams of cocaine with a street value of around $13,822, and $4,033 in Canadian currency.
Joseph Henry Dionne, 46, was charged with one count of possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking.
