Lambton OPP and EMS were notified of a two-vehicle collision at about 6:45 p.m., at the intersection of Brick Yard Line and Warwick Village Road.
Police said three people were taken to hospital, including one driver suffering from serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed for a short time but has since reopened. The investigation is ongoing.
