COVID cases up six, resolved up nine in SL

Six more cases of COVID-19 were reported in Sarnia-Lambton Sunday morning.

Lambton Public Health has now confirmed 4,234 cases during the pandemic, including 71 COVID-related deaths.

Resolved cases are up nine from Saturday and now sit at 4,116.  There are 47 active cases.

Active outbreaks are at four, including one in Bluewater Health’s general medicine unit.  It's the fifth COVID outbreak at the Sarnia hospital and it involves at least two patients and two staff.

On Friday, the Bluewater Health was reporting four COVID-positive patients in hospital.
