While one outbreak has been declared over at Bluewater Health, another has been declared in a different hospital unit.
An outbreak at the Sarnia hospital's general medicine unit was reported on November 5. After consulting with Lambton Public Health, Bluewater Health declared the outbreak over late Thursday afternoon.
However, an outbreak was also declared in the complex continuing care unit after two patients tested positive for COVID-19.
Bluewater Health is currently caring for five COVID-positive patients in hospital.
