(Photo by OPP West Region Twitter)Lambton OPP responded to a two-vehicle crash at London Line and South Plympton Road late Wednesday afternoon.
Police said three people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The roadways remained open, and the vehicles were quickly removed.
OPP said charges are pending.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
